Shipping/Delivery Policies
The first location we announce production changes is in the Baby Dream Backdrops New Facebook Group. Due to recent changes, drops and floors may print and ship from different locations, so your order may not ship together. Please refer to the chart to anticipate your order.
Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Although our backdrops and foldable rubbers floors are available world wide, our rubber backed floors MATS can not ship overseas.
Returns and Damages: All sales are final. We recommend checking your drop as soon as it arrives and if your product is damaged or misprinted we will send you a new one and ask that you return your original order (Baby Dream Backdrops will reimburse the return postage - USPS parcel/priority only). Please contact us about any problems within 72 hours of receiving your order or the sale will remain final.
Although we pride ourselves in the quality of our drops, printing conditions can vary during manufacturing. Due to printing conditions and material selection the saturation level of our more solid colored textured drops, like those in our glamour category, may vary from the color on your screen.
