A Minnesota girl, her passion for creativity led her down the path of graphic design. This journey took a new turn when she bought her first digital camera and discovered a deep love for photography. These two artistic passions converged when she was offered the chance to design backdrops for three different companies, but she chose to work with a new start up, family-owned business called Baby Dream.

After over 10 years of running a photography business and also designing for Baby Dream, she made the decision to join forces with Aileen full-time and has never looked back. Along with her own line, Candid Couture (CC), she collaborates with her sister, Cindee Lundin, on Sol Sisters (SS) and Luna Love (LL). Sarah Wilhelmi is her partner in Jax and Addy (JA), named after their children), and Leah Hyde is her collaborator with Blue Skies (BS).

When not designing backdrops, you’ll find her in her flower gardens, attracting birds to her yard, relaxing by a bonfire, hanging with her dog or fishing at the lake with her husband, Justin. No matter the season, she enjoys the outdoors and holds her Minnesota roots close and cherishes quality time with family, always enjoying any moment spent together.

Gaby Olson is the powerhouse behind marketing at Baby Dream Backdrops, where she’s been bringing the bold, the beautiful, and the eye-catching since December 2019. Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Gaby kicked off her graphic design career in 1990 and later moved to Miami to sharpen her skills. A spontaneous vacation to Arizona in 2004 turned into a permanent move to the desert, where her creative career flourished. As a senior designer for a major U.S.-Canadian moving company, marketing naturally became her next big move.

But her Baby Dream journey? That’s pure serendipity. Gaby started out as a customer—so loyal her husband joked she was in a full-blown relationship with BD. On a trip to California in 2019, he encouraged her to meet “her girl” Aileen in person. Nervous but hopeful, Gaby reached out—and to her shock, Aileen said yes. The rest is history. They clicked instantly, and over time, their friendship has grown into a bond sealed with frequent pinky promises and sisterhood vibes.

When she’s not creating scroll-stopping visuals or crafting ads that make your eyes go wild, Gaby is immersed in photography—her lifelong passion. She works alongside her husband, a talented photographer himself (though she jokingly admits she stole the camera and never gave it back). They don’t have kids, but their beloved pug proudly fills that role. A Disney girl at heart, a travel junkie, and a devoted soda drinker (she swears her brown eyes are 99% Coke), Gaby’s vibrant spirit and creative drive light up everything she touches.

Olga is the powerhouse behind our Instagram presence—and the reason your scroll stops every time you see a Baby Dream post. As VP of Social Media & Brand Engagement, she’s grown our Instagram following by over 25,000 in just her first year (all organically!) through strategic content, authentic storytelling, and a whole lot of creative magic.

Armed with a Bachelor’s in Accounting from San Diego State and an MBA in Organizational Leadership from the University of Arizona Global Campus, Olga blends business smarts with a love for visual storytelling. She oversees Instagram strategy, content planning, brand partnerships, and our brand ambassador program—all while making sure everything aligns with our brand values and connects meaningfully with our audience.

From reels and product launches to behind-the-scenes fun and user-generated features, Olga brings our backdrops to life and keeps our community inspired and engaged. She’s also the one jumping into your DMs or comments to celebrate your wins and reshare your work with the world.

When she’s not creating scroll-stopping content, Olga brings her passion for education to the classroom as a substitute teacher—where she channels her energy and heart into making a difference, one student at a time.

Cristobal Rodriguez is the On-Demand Technology Consultant at Baby Dream Backdrops, bringing over four decades of experience in applications and systems development for S&P 500 companies. With a background in Computer Science and Mathematics, he joined the company just a few months after its inception, when his technical expertise was needed to help support its growing operations.

Originally asked to assist with manual data entry, Cristobal quickly recognized the inefficiencies and introduced spreadsheets integrated with API interfaces. As the company expanded, he built a custom automation system that eliminated the need for spreadsheets altogether. By creating a structured naming convention for Dropbox folders, he developed an application that automatically processes designer submissions and generates the required spreadsheets for platforms like Shopify and Order Desk—completely removing the need for manual input.

Cristobal is also the father of Aileen, founder of Baby Dream Backdrops, and remains an integral part of the team. Though his role is now on standby, he regularly steps in to troubleshoot technical issues, integrate new printers, and assist with designer submissions as needed. Outside of his tech work, he’s a chess enthusiast who enjoys staying sharp by keeping up with the latest in computer science.

Whitney Minten is a Web Developer, Designer Liaison, and Fine Art Dream Drops Curator at Baby Dream Backdrops. She also serves as an Ambassador and Designer with her own exclusive collection, Whitney Minten (WM). Since joining the team in May 2024, Whitney has combined her artistic eye with serious tech chops to keep the Baby Dream site running smoothly and the designs flowing beautifully.

Whitney first met Aileen, founder of Baby Dream Backdrops, at WPPI in 2024. At the time, she was designing backdrops for another company but had heard glowing things about Aileen and was eager to connect. Their meeting proved to be a turning point—Aileen invited her to lead the Fine Art Dream Drops line, a role Whitney embraced wholeheartedly. As she became more involved, she recognized that Baby Dream was ready for a much-needed website glow-up—and the rest is history.

With a BS in Zoology and Biology (plus a minor in Physics) from UW-Madison and an MS in Computer Science and Robotics from the University of South Florida, Whitney’s brain is wired for both science and creativity. She’s programmed optical spectrometers, built custom camera systems, and carved out her own space in the photography world—driven by an endless fascination with light. A true photophile, she’s obsessed with photons: how they behave, how they move, and how they shape every image we create.

Whether she’s debugging code, curating fine art drops, or dreaming up the next big idea, Whitney brings curiosity, precision, and a whole lot of passion to everything she does.
