All Baby Dream Backdrops are made to order based on the design, size, and material you select. Production begins immediately after checkout and orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed. If you have questions before ordering, please contact us—we’re happy to help.
Processing times may vary due to order volume, material selection, seasonal demand, or unforeseen production delays. All timeframes listed below are estimates only and not guarantees.

- Dream Fleece: 5–7 business days
- Premium: 5–7 business days
- Dream Fabric: 5–7 business days
- Royal Dream: 5–7 business days
- DreamEasy Systems & Silicone Edge: 5–7 business days
- Rubber Backed Floors: 7–14 business days
- Ready to Ship (RTS): 24–48 hours
- X Drops: 8–10 business days
Items within the same order may ship separately. During peak seasons, processing times may be extended. This page will be updated as timelines change.

Shipping & Tracking
Once your order is printed and a shipping label is created, a tracking notification will be sent to the email address on file. Tracking details will also be available in your Baby Dream Backdrops account.

- Rubber Backed Floors ship to the U.S. and Canada only
- Orders containing multiple product types may ship separately
International Orders & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes at delivery. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient, payable directly to the carrier.
Made-to-Order & Final Sale Policy
All Baby Dream products are custom made. Please review all images, size options, and crop previews carefully before ordering. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once production begins.
