Use Photoshop or similar software to create your design at the exact print size (see size chart below) at 100 dpi. -
Save as JPG with These Settings:

Format: Baseline (Standard)

Quality: 10-12 (max file size 100MB)

Color Space: sRGB

File Type: .JPG only

Include a 3" safe zone around all edges-avoid placing important elements near the edges, as they may be trimmed during printing.
