Refund Policy
All sales are final. We recommend checking your drop as soon as it arrives. If your product is damaged or misprinted we will send you a new one and ask that you return your original order (Baby Dream Backdrops will reimburse the return postage - USPS parcel/priority only). Please contact us about any defects within 72 hours of receiving your order or the sale will remain final. We do not accept returns in the event you have changed your mind about your purchase.
Although we pride ourselves in the quality of our drops, printing conditions can vary during manufacturing. Due to printing conditions and material selection the saturation level of our more solid colored and textured drops, your drop color may vary from the color on screen. Slight color variations are not eligible for returns.
